§ 13-100. Established.

The City of Newburyport establishes school zones under the regulations of M.G.L.A. c. 90, § 17 which regulates statutory speed limits to twenty (20) miles per hour, in these designated areas. Traffic signal devices located in these areas must conform to Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and other pertinent regulations under M.G.L.A. c. 85, § 2.
