§ 2-116. Established; membership; appointment.

The planning board for the city is hereby established under the provisions of M.G.L.A. c. 41, §§ 81A—81J inclusive. Such board shall consist of nine (9) members. The members shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council.
