§ 3-30. Certain dogs to be muzzled; penalty for violation of muzzling order.

  • The city marshal, the dog officer or the inspector of animals, may order that any dog who has bitten or wounded any person or livestock, shall not go at large without an adequate muzzle. The owner or keeper of any such dog shall forfeit and pay the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each breach of such order, in accordance with M.G.L.A. c. 140, § 173.
